With my small period of role, I have collaborate with offshore and onshore team members. Project Manager and Team Lead always corporate with down hierarchy. My Colleagues was always ready to help. It's a great company to work with , polaris management was good ,if u get good projects it was long back so don't have latest updates about the company. This organization is incredible.

Everybody is super useful and mindful. Its good to work but havent got my visa processing done to get placed in onsite location. I like the work ethic culture, shifts , tasks , but management is poor even the compensation i have received. The tasks gave me to explore my technical logical analytical abilities and gave me chance to seek challenging environment. Pros cab facility, allowances. Cons healthcare. This is my first company and learned lot of technical challenges and work culture..
