Lian li v350 manual

If you go for push pull you will be limited to video cards around mm in length mm if the connector is on the end of the card. With only 1 set of fans you can mount the rad closer to the front of the case if you wish. Azz n00b. Not sure what a dxf file is. Haha Thanks for the reply I'm after the custom backplate design people Have been using not the standard one. A dxf file is a very common cad file that I Could use to cnc one.

I'm a cnc programmer and setter which is quite useful. Does anyone even use this forum anymore? Joined Aug 15, Messages Yes, I do. I think this area of the forum has been a little quieter these days since I think most people waiting to build SFF's are waiting for ivy bridge.

Last edited: Mar 11, I can confirm to any one interested the h fits easily. I have it held in place by 2 elastic bands blowing out the front. I5 k overclocked to 4. Marduk77 Limp Gawd. Will get some up soon. Last edited: Mar 16, The same is true for the back of the case too, where there is a HDD cage fan to remove with four thumbscrews, the motherboard tray to detach with another four thumb screws and the PSU, which is also held in by the normal four thumbscrews. That means in order to take all the sides off the case and expose its guts I needed to remove 24 screws, which is a lot of unscrewing to do when you have to be so careful about not scratching the excellent finish.

Inside, the V is impressively cramped. Click to enlarge Thankfully, the V has a removable motherboard tray which is mounted on the base of the case and is simply pulled out of the back. This means that the entire motherboard can be mounted separately from the rest of the chassis — a major, major headache saver. The tray rails are excellently made and the tray just effortlessly slides in and out without any of that teeth-shattering screeching which you might expect from a non-Lian.

This includes the four optical drives two bays on each side, though the case is only wide enough to take two drives total , two hard drives and the PSU. The HDD mounting system is the same as seen in the B25; rubber-ringed screws lock in on a slide-in rail system and are held securely. The rubber prevents any rattling and the design of the rail stops them bouncing out easily. It was immediately obvious to us when we opened the V that cable management was going to be a bit of a problem.

The case itself only comes with the typically inadequate tools — two small cable ties and a single large adhesive clip. A company like lian-li should have figured it out by now. Apr 19, 0 0. They're pretty close with the design of the v; it's too bad about the psu placement. You must log in or register to reply here. Similar threads Question Change front ports for my Lian Li case?
